Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules regarding refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes for affiliates participating in the Jobs24.pk Affiliate Program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to follow this policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Payout Policy.

1. No Refunds on Affiliate Earnings

  • Jobs24.pk does not offer any refunds on affiliate commissions once they are paid.
  • Once your payout has been successfully processed to your selected payment method, it cannot be reversed or recalled.
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to avoid errors.

2. Payment Cancellation Before Processing

  • If you have requested a payout but want to cancel it, you must inform us before payment processing starts.
  • Payments are processed between the 2nd and 4th of every month.
  • To cancel a pending payout request, email us at info@jobs24.pk using your registered email.

3. Invalid, Fake, or Fraudulent Traffic

  • Payments will be cancelled if we detect invalid or fake traffic, including:
    • Bot-generated clicks or visitors
    • Multiple fake accounts
    • Misleading promotions or spam activity
  • Jobs24.pk reserves the right to deny or hold payments if there is any violation of affiliate program rules.

4. Disputed or Failed Payments

  • If you believe your payment is missing, delayed, or incorrectly calculated, you can contact us at info@jobs24.pk within 7 days of the scheduled payment date.
  • Our team will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
  • If the problem is due to incorrect payment details provided by the affiliate, Jobs24.pk is not responsible for any lost payments.

5. Account Cancellation by Affiliate

  • Affiliates can cancel their participation in the program at any time by contacting info@jobs24.pk.
  • Any pending valid earnings above the minimum withdrawal limit will be processed in the next payment cycle.
  • If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount (₨1,000), it will not be paid after cancellation.

6. Account Suspension or Termination by Jobs24.pk

  • Jobs24.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account without prior notice if:
    • Fake or spam traffic is detected
    • Terms & Conditions are violated
    • Misleading promotions or unauthorized campaigns are used
  • In such cases, all pending earnings will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
